It is an estate wine which means the apples are grown and the product is not watered down. The apples are grown on our family farm and we juice them ourselves. The vinegar is made on-site to ensure that we know exactly what has gone into every bottle of our premium product. We slow ferment the vinegar to squeeze the maximum apple taste into each and every bottle.
